I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitoner, ROHP, RNCP with over 20 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition educating. I am the founder & CEO of General Nutrition Education Services for Minorities. My professional experience as a nutrition educator for over 20 years has given me first hand experience on the need to dispel the ignorance of a sound diet to physical and mental health in the minoritiy community. According to the statistics from the Center for Disease Control/CDC and the NAACP\’s Health Fact Sheet, minorites suffer and die more from degenerated diseases (i.e. cancer, heart disease, obesity, diabetes etc…) than any other race of people around the world! Knowing how diet directly impacts health, I know these statistics are true because I see the diets of minorities first hand on a daily basis. WE NEED EDUCATION NOT MEDICATION! I CAN HELP!!!! |
